Absolutely disgusting!!! Food cold, burnt..place is filthy..clearly have no staff to clean...it is the worst McDonalds i have ever been too. This place is disgusting...i wouldnt even bring my animal into this place!!!

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to! Kept myself and my two small children waiting 28 mins, from the point of ordering for our food. Then when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met by rude managers and bad looks. After telling them they could at least apologise, the manager called Stephanie told me to get out.
I'll be trying to get my money back now, wish me luck.

Disappointing service up to 5 minutes is ok for your breakfast meal ie sausage mcmuffin meal including a coffee .......However we upgraded the coffee to a large hot chocolate no problems there just an extra charge .still no problem however then we had to wait a further 15 minutes for the hot chocolate just not enough staff.....they were all working hard but just no good enough had finished our meal and still waiting for the hot chocolate.Best to try somewhere else if you are in a hurry.

Was at maccas Yass on Saturday about 2pm and had to wait for my order ! I understand at times they might be busy, but i seen other people ordering after i had and were recieving there order before me it took ten minutes to recieve our meal. But what realy turned me off was when i was waiting i noticed an adult male employee in a dark shirt and hair tied up at the back, wipe his nose with his hand/wrist with no gloves then he grabed a waffer cone proceeded to fill it with icecream then chocolate topping and give it to a customer!!! Discraceful.

The worst Maccas I have ever been to. They didn't once smile, welcome you to the store, or say thankyou for ordering here. It was just "what do you want?"
