Unprofessional, and slow! Couldn't remember from meeting to meeting who we were or where our case was it. we were put into the "too hard" basket when i pushed for our fee agreement to actually reflect the rate that the solicitor and I had agreed upon verbally. Were always late getting back to me and sending out letter when they said they would. They wouldn't provide itemised invoices. I fired them and found someone else.
I used McGillivray Solicitors years ago after they came highly recommended, I now know why - they are exceptional!
