The sales agents have been very friendly and have gone out of their way to assist me. Thank you for all your support and guidence during this trying time.

Totally agree with 1973 - except we were tenants of a property managed by them for two years. We had five different property managers, a raft of issues that took months to fix and a complete, total and utter lack of response. They were absolutely terrible. Like 1973 no-one knew anything about our house and no-one cared.

We used McGrath Property Management services which were absolutely appalling. during the 12 months they managed our property we had 4 different property managers, not once were we phoned to be informed of the change and introduced to the new manager, we found out by someone else responding to emails. Their maintenance contacts are completely inadequate and we ended up organising repairs ourselves. we went to collect our keys after the tenancy finished, nobody in the office knew anything about our house, so we had to force a window open,it took them 4 weeks to return the keys, it is now 5 weeks since the tenancy finished and we still haven't received the outgoing property report. However the best thing in their appalling service was the fact they only transfer rent to our account without us having to ask for it approximately 4 times in a year.



You would be best to manage the property yourself.
