Horrific experience ending a tenancy after 9 years. We were asked to vacate because the house was being sold, and Mcgraths were extremely rude and treated us like dirt when we left. They tried to deduct additional cleaning from our bond, and would have likely asked for more if we hadn't threatened to go to the tribunal. To the guy who had a great experience leasing an apartment: wait till you leave!! I think you'll see their true colours then. I have never experienced such rudeness from professionals - they accused us of being "sneaky" when we tried to get our bond back, were incredibly rude to my husband at the final inspection, treated us despicably - apparently keeping the house in good order and paying your rent on time for 9 years with annual rent increases each year matters for naught in the end.
