McGregors Dry Cleaners

I took my wedding gown in to be drycleaned. The gown had very specific instructions as it is a unique material. I pointed this out at drop off and asked for assurance that there would be no problems. I received a very confident response that there would be no issues. I was told it would take a month.

After 6 weeks I began to get a little bit worried and followed up the progress. I was assured it wouldn't be much longer and after another week or so I was told to come and pick my dress up as it was ready. The lady at the store didn't open the dress bag when I picked it up which did strike me as slightly unusual. Took in 5 ties to cleaned, 4 had to be taken back to be redone. They ruined one tie and would not return my calls. They refused to answer my queries or even discuss the problem. Very unhappy with the way they 'dryclean' and the way they treat their customers.
