These guys have continued to provide after sales service well after my parents' 'new car' warranty expired. Re-keying was no problem (though pricey), pick up and drop off was available, honest opinion on what should be done. They're not the cheapest but value isn't always measured by price, and if trust was a currency you could bank on these guys.

I found the salespeople very pushy and where more interested in selling than helping me choose the appropriate vehicle, not a good experience
These guys used non-genuine parts, failed to rectify the problem, and then refused to reimburse me when I had to get the repair rectified a short time later in WA. Management was rude in dealing with me. The Toyota Service Guarantee is not adhered to by these people.
just bought my new toyota corolla here. very happy with the car. the sales staff seemed a little unprofessional and unsure of procedures but they got everything done and gave me a great deal. Staff spent some time explaining every new feature incl. bluetooth and installed my wifes phone into the system.
