McInnes Management

I was a tenant with Mcinnes (in Hawthorn) for two years. Not only do they ignore any requests, regardless of how urgent they are, they are unprofessionally rude. I was always honest and only made a request when there was a gas leak, only to be ignored. The landlord needed me to vacate the property early so that they could sell and Mcinnes failed to tell me, to the shock of the landlord. Clearly even their clients are not treated with respect.
Whether tenant or landlord, do not use Mcinnes as they will ignore you and take advantage. Beware of their ridiculous lease clauses!

Had the worst time with this company. Urgent repairs are ignored for weeks so they can shop around for the cheapest quote.

McInnes (particularly Regina) are terrible. They charge ridiculously high fees for really poor service and are really hard to contact. Do not use them unless you want to throw your money away.

We have been a tenant in a property managed by McInnes Real Estate for 12 months. We have requested minor repairs to the property such a dangerous loose bricks that form part of the front door step which have still not been fixed 12 months later. Promises are made and not delivered upon. We even delayed our holidays to enable a tradesman to come and quote and have still not heard anything back (10 weeks later). This is despite numerous attempts to follow up directly with McInnes. The lack of communication from Regina and her team is unprofessional and downright rude. Our previous property mangers (Woodard's) were amazing, we hope that our next property is managed by them.
