Standard fee on a torrens title sale: $950.00 inclusive of GST, required documents to be annexed to contract (Section 149 Certificate, full vendor title search and drainage diagram (where applicable) and incidentals including telephone call charges, facsimile fees and photocopying.


Property for Purchase:

Standard fee on a torrens title purchase: $990.00 inclusive of GST, council rates and special water meter reading search, land tax search, final search and incidentals including telephone call charges, facsimile fees and photocopying. Such fee does not include building, compliance, pest or body corporate reports if required by client.
