McLaughlin Dan

I gave 5 stars and that was for Dr Dan McLaughlan. I too have had issues with one staff person however, last time, there was someone different there and she was lovely. I could not speak highly enough of Dr McLaughlan. My relative is quite severely disabled and his seizures had been out of control. This doctor is the first doctor to treat my brother with respect, kindness and as a human being. Dr McLaughlan has helped him greatly. Please do not judge Dr McLaughlan by this one staff member.

Please be absolutely shocked when having to deal with the admin staff- one lady in particular and I'm sure she knows who she is. Rang up Yesterday to double check a referral and she was utterly rude, belittling me and talked me down when I enquiried to find out if a referral had been sent. Baring in mind this is a practice for people with neurological problems such as myself with no memory they should employ staff who are patient, understanding and give you time, not taking out their bad day on you. I rang up 10 minutes later to complain as was so upset and she didn't answer all 28 calls I made! I know they were there as it was busy at times! This blond lady needs to work either in the sales industry or auction....shocking!!!
