I am Impressed with them because they go the exrta mile to get the job done. i bought a tv and it was faulty so i brought it back and they were more that happy to replace it, but they had no stock of that model. so they wanted to refund me but i said i am happy to wait for a new one, so they ordered one in and it only took 4 days. i just felt i was well looked after them.
I was looking to support a local business and purchased a fridge from McMahons Electrical Smithfield. Sadly, the delivery staff dented the freezer door. Six weeks later, a replacement door finally arrived in Cairns and, McMahon's Electrical Atherton set a time for a service staff to install it. I left work 3 hours early to meet the staff at 4.30pm. Nobody arrived. The store was uncontactable. After a phone call the next day, a new date was set for the management, to fix the door 2 days later. I left work 2 hours early to meet them. They didn't show up. The next day, I was told: "they were held up". No apology. ...may I speak to the management? No. That number can't be given out! So, if you're looking to support a local business as I did, I highly recommend you choose one that will support you in return!
