I recently completed my treatment with Dr McNaught and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and satisfactory outcome. I previously had treatment at a different surgery and was not very pleased with my teeth. I was due to get married and felt my day wouldn't be perfect without a perfect smile. I underwent my initial appointment with the doctor where I discussed my wedding dates and what I wanted to be done. Dr McNaught not only managed to fix my teeth on short notice, but gave me a perfect smile for my wedding day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!!!!!
Andrew and his staff have been extremely helpful, honest and upfront with all areas of orthodontics with all 3 of my children. If they weren't brushing properly they were told and also shown how to do correctly and if they weren't wearing their elastics of course they were told that it would extend their time with their braces, as ultimately it is up to them and them alone to care for their teeth. This to me has meant a lot as they were there for my children and the improvement of their teeth.
Andrew McNaught and he and all his staff were wonderful, they always helped out wherever they could explained the process, costs etc which was easy to understand. The staff made my daughter who was very scared feel comfortable and actually helped her to enjoy the experience. Would highly recommend their service. Thanks everyone.
I also have had and still having a similar experiences like sammy937. They keep you waiting for a long time and their billing system is hard to understand. The Reception staffs are awful, not helpful and if you ask a question you never get a direct answer. I'm not that happy with this business and will be happier once I'm over with them. Not recommended.
