I have a very serious problem with missing transaction on my credit card and the support at ME keep telling me they haven't received the attachment. Multiple other parties received it immediately but ME keep telling me they can't receive the evidence documentation to act on it. I do not believe them.

They also will not give me another email address apart from their scan@ email which apparently is the one that will not attach my evidence. I've been told to report this to AFCA but check out their reviews on Google.

As I have my home loan with them as well I believe a full audit on my home loan and credit card accounts is warranted.

Do yourself a favour and take a look at Members Equity. Have had my home loan and everyday banking with them for many years. Better than the big 4 banks hands down with better home loan interest rates to boot. They put their rates down while the others hike them up. Get to speak to a real person (in Australia) who are always very helpful over the phone. Never thought I'd give a bank a good rating but here goes!

I hate giving bad reviews but I unfortunately had a bad experience with credit cards. The customer service line is limited, not open 24 hours like others. I was sent three notices with three different 'overdue' amounts owing within a three day period (two were sent on the same day with two different amounts) and then called up to have a quite rude customer service representative tell me a different amount entirely and wanting me to pay immediately which of course I paid the amount stated plus some more. It turns out the card was over $500 over my limit and was charged a fee despite having called the automated service which told me I had credit remaining on the account to be used. I believe a credit limit is there to limit you to the amount you ask for not so you can go over and be charged fees and then harrassed.
