Rude counter staff using a clockwork parts ordering and catalogue system. I live locally, but I drive miles out of my way rather than dealing with these people. Maybe if they spend a few dollars ro upgrade their services and worthless amateurish website and get their staff some customer service training they may attract more people to their tired looking business.
Mead mowers is one of those businesses that have been in Kyneton for a very long time and while they may not give you the warmest welcome when you enter, they are at least upfront and honest. Their prices are also reasonable for the quality of work carried out. We weren't able to get our ride on up onto the trailer and they came out and helped us free of charge - now that's going the extra mile for your customers!
I took in my Chainsaw to be serviced and repaired it took nearly 4 weeks to get it back after constant phone calls. They were rude and gave no customer service at all, or any information just moaned about all their other customers to me, when all i was asking was two simple questions, when will it be ready? and how much? these were never answered and after finally receiving my chainsaw it did two cuts and now doesn't work and have been told by a reputable company not worth repairing, If i were you don't waste your time and effort here, go elsewhere!
I drove 20km to get an argument on how my request for a part was too hard and wasting their time. I went to Gisborne, all sorted and ordered in 10 minutes, what a tosser!
