Meat Market South Wharf

Disappointing experience and misleading promotions at this venue. Dropped by for drinks and a meal, and the Meat Market had a promotion for a Schooner of Stella Beer for $6.00, which is a great deal if you get a schooner of beer. This was pointed out to management that the beer which was delivered to our table was not a Schooner to which the staff member proceeded to say that the glass sizes in Victoria have changed and the smaller glass size is now a schooner in Victoria? We checked this information with the information on the web, as we have never come across this problem before in Victoria, and showed the evidence to the staff member and the Manager who got very angry and said that they were told to serve the beer promotion in those small glasses and that is what they are serving the beer in, even though it was the wrong glass size?
