We had an early dinner here after being offered a discount on Dimmi to book an early table. It was super quiet, but the restaurant was set up for groups through the night. We had a variety of things to share and loved everything. It all came quickly and the staff were friendly. We definitely wouldn't have enjoyed our experience there had it been a full, noisy restaurant! Choose your times wisely.
TERRIBLE! We had a group of 8 booked for 8pm. They shoved us into the bar where the RUDE staff told us to move at least half a dozen times as we didn't get seated until 8:45pm! They were literally pushing us to get past. The food was very average. Was just like an over priced kebab?
The restaurant looks very good, terrific decor and the crockery is very atmosheric and Moroccan. I was looking forward to dining there.We booked a long way ahead but were still given a table just inside the entrance in a shocking draft. You can't complain about the service because there isn't any: You couldn't attract a waitstaff. They ignored us and when we could stop them, they would say"It's not my table" . I think they gave our waitstaff the night off and forgot to get a replacement. There were a lot of them, but they walked around pointedly avoiding any eye contact with patrons. We had to repeatedly grab different waitstaff physically and ask them to take orders etc and we served ourselves with water because this apparently is not part of the service. Oh, and the water jugs at the water station were empty most of the time. It was over 20 minutes after we arrived that we were able to corral someone to get us drinks.
