Mecca Maxima

I've tried to purchase foundation from this store FOUR times now - each time I've asked for assistance from the staff to select the right foundation in the right colour for me. Each time I’ve been given the wrong colour or type, I asked for sheer-medium, matte finish. I’ve spent $300 in foundations with no joy. The latest attempt to get the right colour has my husband and friends telling me I looked ‘sick’ or like a ‘corpse’! I tried to return the latest catastrophe today, to be met with *extreme* hostility and rudeness by Ellie, Lauren and Tamara. They accused ME of getting it wrong, not their staff who advised me. They told me it was my fault for not demanding a sample pot and relying on the advice of their staff. Why have them if you can’t rely on their advice? This place is incredible! I honestly didn't know that so many products existed before walking into Mecca. The ladies here are honest and helpful. They did such a good job of my makeup for a party. Definitely recommend!!

AMAZING. Staff are 100% so lovely. Always helpful. I honestly vannot help but spend big when Im there.
