Ask around before using... after major issues with our brakes days after a $13,000 drum and liner fit out we had another mechanic find the brakes were not adjusted correctly and were informed of many issues with vehicles coming out of Mechanica.
After agreement from Dean to repay costs of $550 associated with fixing the brakes after they were incorrectly adjusted by Mechanika after a complete fitout and installation costing $13,000. Mechanika has since gone back on their word and are again refusing to pay costs associated with fixing their mistake. Failure to adjust brakes correctly on a 65 ton vehicle can be deadly if an incident was to occur. We are very disappointed with the service received and to have Dean contact us and request feedback is removed as they were paying the invoice then go back on his word I find disgusting. This matter will be taken further and our experience shared with everyone we know. Jess has now threatened to contact the police as she believes we do not have the right to share our experience with others. Good Luck in the future, we will not be back.
