This is the worst medical centre I have ever been to. Our regular medical practice was fully booked today and having a sick child I reluctantly decided to go to Medeco as I only needed to get results from the hospital from them. After being told my child would be seen after one person in front of me we sat down and waited. After 45 mins with an upset child I went to reception to see what was going on as I'd seen at least 2 other people go in ahead of me. I was told that I somehow wasn't put on the system and there would now be at least 6 other people ahead of me and there was nothing they could do about it even tho it was their mistake. We has to leave coz my little girl was so tired and upset. The worst customer service ever.
Made an appointment for my two kids to get a fluvac at 4pm. After driving 20min to get there, we were told that there wasn't a nurse who could give injections today so would we like to book another appointment. After I picked up my jaw, we walked out but then I thought why can't a doctor give the injection and went back in. We were then told OK you can wait to see the doctor. After waiting for 50mins and getting some attitude from the nurse, I went to ask how much longer it would take, we would have to wait another 45mins to see the only doctor who can give injections! Why wasn't I contacted prior to the appointment time to let us know that it would be difficult today and that we shouldn't come in today. Get organised.
