What a joke of a place. 1 hour to wait for an appointment even though I was the second appointment of the day. Then only to be refused authority to have a follow up blood test. I appreciate bulk billing but raise your standards of customer health service Medi 7 Clayton.

This place is an utter disgrace in management.
Firstly in almost all my visits. The wait was at least 1.5 hours.

Understandably this is a bulk bill and there are lots of patients. This is not the problem. The problem is a clinic of this size with constant patients and then once they hit dinner time the number drops to only a couple of doctors and then to one, but with the same amount of patients waiting.

This is absurd. My sister waited 2 hours, was told to come back, and then went back before closing, and was told she may have to wait and not be seen by any doctor at close time.
Why is a clinic which constantly have high inflows of patient only have 1 dr after hours and have to reject patient that arrive 2 hours before their closing time? Just poorly managed, unfortunately they are bulk billed and they will not care less to improvise their serviceability. It's pathetic. You can be so sick and yet can't see a doctor when you need to.

Another service that wastes your time. If you ever planning to go there make sure to confirm your appointment time. Otherwise you are guaranteed to waste 1+hrs of your time. Very disappointed...
