Medibank Private

Medibank Private branch at World Square has undergone cosmetic changes, and I am not really happy with the result. I believe they used to have a numbering system to make people know who is next in the queue, but this system is no longer available and is now replaced by a staff that does exactly that.

Don't get me wrong the staff was friendly and sometimes he would get customers to pre-fill the forms and redirect some of the queries to the self-serve kiosks, but with a lot of people waiting for service, getting him to organise who goes next seems like an inferior method than using the ...read more
