This is a good practice with some doctors who also work at other Medical One practices, which is good to know if you need an appointment urgently and cant get one at your local practice. The doctor was a good listener and caring and was quite helpful. I never felt rushed. The reception staff is nice too.
The patients do not matter, money and turnover are the main things.
I approached the staff, after hours (5pm) at the surgery which had no interest in accommodating me in any way possible.
I was there with a sick child and not having a much option where to go.
The cold heartedness, lack of feeling and obvious greed (get out of my office and pay the fee) were appalling, not to mention pushing (literally) the medication I didn't ask for.
