The customers service person who served me was too careless. He keyed in my wrong date of birth. He was looking at my passport to key in my personal information. I dont know how it happended. I was calling mygov for two hours to know why i cant link to medicare and ATO at the same time. In the end, I found the staff record wrong date of birth. Everyone's time is value and it is bad for me ask leave again just for government staff's fault. I think its not professinonal at all.
It's now a shared centre with Centrelink. You line up at the front, a person on an iPad talks to you about what you need. You sit down and wait while staff come around and shout names. Very inefficient. You then sit at their desk and they help. Some staff are hopeless, others are fantastic and very helpful. Had to come here twice because the first time they didn't process my changes properly. Many places I would rather be.
