Please be careful I think this is a scam company.
I got a zero gravity chair from here in December, by June it had lost all of its backing cushioning making it very uncomfortable to sit in. The company had lied to me about the quality and said that it was graded to be slept in (which I do not) and it has fallen apart like this within 6 months? I called and emailed the company but they would not get back to me. After a month of this I decided to speak with consumer affairs and they stated I should get a refund as the chair isn't fit for purpose and this is a major falt. The company refused and still won't return my calls it is now the end of September and I still have no resolution. I am about to file with vcat. Please don't be fooled like me.
