numerous times reception have booked ither the wrong day or time and I would usually have to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour Everytime I have had an appointment. The one time I call because I am going to be 10 minutes late for reasons out of my control the reception staff is extremely rude to me and tells me they will allow me to attend my appointment as long as I am only 5 minutes ( I had booked an extra long appointment) and that this can never happen again. Well good.on you rude reception staff I'm taking my family of 5 elsewhere and telling everyone I know NOT to go there. This was the last time I take this from you.
Horribly rude reception staff, had absolutely no consideration for my elderly mother or the situation she was in with her illness. I will NEVER go here again & will be telling my large network of friends also in the medical industry about this. Absolutely horrible experience by this practice management.
there are two reception staffs there that are really rude. I can't believe people like this work in customer service and speak to patients infront of children in that manner. Disgusting
