Dr Meehan was very pleasant & considerate,assessed and treated my (benign) tumour efficiently in one visit,also patiently checked my moles & put my mind at rest. Weeks later there is almost no sign of the growth on my nose that bled at the worst moments, well worth $110 but Medicare refunded most. Parking was difficult on Highway, had to park in Beach St.,made me 5 min late, saw Dr Meehan within 15 min.
I saw them several times over my life, both when I was very young and came with my mum and myself as a yound adult. Absolutely does NOT care anymore. Barely speaks and when does is blunt and uninterested... and doesnt seem to listen or care about anything youve got to say. Solution to my eczema never changed for years- 'heres some cortisone cream, go away'.
never refferred me elsewhere or bothered to try anything different and expensive!
My brother who suffers from Down Syndrome booked an appointment with this clinic and was told he would be bulked bill as he was on a disability pension (obviously). When the clinic rang to confirm the appointment, he was told he would have to pay $110.00 on the day and that he had lied about the receptionist telling him he would be bulk billed and that it was BAD LUCK.
How does an intellectual adult who has Down Syndrome lie. SHAME. Greed does not get you far at all. I hope you can live with your conscience
