Megan's Family Day Care

I am a registered carer with Parramatta Family Day Care. I hold a First Aid Certificate, a Food Handling Certificate, an OH&S Statement of Attainment, RTA Car Safety Training Certificate and many other certificates, which parents can view in my professional portfolio. I also take part in training once a month with Parramatta Family Day Care.
My service adheres to the same rules and regulations as any childcare centre. I am subject to DOCS visits to ensure everything is kept at an excellent standard.
Hours are provided in a ten hour block. I open at 6:00am and close at 6:00pm. All food, sheets and blankets and wipes are provided.
The available days are Mon, Tues, Thurs, at present, however parents should still ring to check availability as this is subject to change. One of the advantages of Family Day Care is it's flexibility and parents often need to alter their arrangements.
Before and After School Care can also be provided and I can drive the children to and from their school as long as it is in the local area.
We regularly go on excursions that include Featherdale Wildlife Park, The Koala Park at Castle Hill, Wiggly Play Centre, Fire Museum at Penrith, Park, Storytime, Playgroup, Lollipops Playland and Cafe, and Clowntown. There are no charges for excursions, and on our big excursions every couple of months the children bring home a souvenir free of charge.
