A Megasealed tradie (Matt) was prompt, courteous and above all professional in approaching my shower which needed to have the base tray removed and replaced with new tiles. He did a fantastic job and kept me update with the progress and when he was required to attend my property to ensure the time suited me. What a great job very very happy with the outcome thanks Matt your a legend. Job well done. I would refer Megasealed to anybody in need of renovations to your bathroom thanks team.
I was very impressed with the customer service from the beginning until the end. Andrew rang a few times to follow up on my initial call.
He kept me informed about the process & was here when the job commenced to ensure the technician was aware of exactly what to do.
Stuart the technician was very experienced and explained exactly what needed to happen to ensure my problem was fixed. He obviously has a lot of pride in his work as my shower area looks "Brand New".
He worked tirelessly for 8 hours (what a champion) until the job was complete. My money was well spent & I am at this stage very happy.
Shower basin "megasealed" in Oct 2011. Installer was questionable as their "professional" ability and reported my concerns.
Crack tile suddenly appeared Jan 2013. Reported and asked for warranty (15 years) repair.
Reluctant agreement by Mega. Another tile cracked March. Reported again. Mega will now not cover this repeated fault repair. Contacted management. They apologise, and say that earlier repair was done as courtesy. Advises that warranty does not cover if there is possible or suspect ground movement causing any damage to the installed work. Beware new customer - read the small print, and ask what the warranty does not cover before you part with your money !

Thanks for your feedback. While we understand your frustration, we ask that our customers read and accept the terms and conditions on the back of the quote before we proceed with the work. The Megasealed service and product itself does not cause tiles to crack. This can only be caused by building movement of which we have no control over, and hence cannot provide a warranty for. Our product faults if it comes away from the tiles. We do not want unsatisfied customers, which is why we replaced the first cracked tile for you, as a good will gesture. Please contact us if you would like us to fix the 2nd cracked tile. We would do this for a nominal charge for you, as is not related to the service we provided to you. After having submitted my earlier comments I have now been contacted by Mega and I thank Cate Dunwoody for her response and advice. I do now understand their position and a resolution is now being directed through her professional manner. During the period both Simon and Stephanie from the SA office and their excellent tiler Adrian Scott have been extremely helpful.
I have had extremely disappointing results als with megasealed and just like you ,we have been told no gaurantee. Hopefully people check on true local before they make the same mistake we did.
