Do not use this company, carpets weren't cleaned, dust all in corners, cash up front, no phone call to say when finished.
Absolute rubbish. Asked for a refund for the non steam cleaned carpets and was refused.
Went over the floors with my dyson and the dust boin was full in 1 minute
Wish I could give these guys less than one star.
They rescheduled to the next day which was annoying in itself, but then rocked up over 1 hour late than when they said they would be there.
They wouldn’t stick to the quote they gave me and then demanded cash up front.
The clean was terrible - oven was still dirty, cupboards weren’t clean, skirting boards still dusty, walls were not spot cleaned.
Spoke to the company and they were very rude to me. Refused to come back and fix it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! I also wish I had read that the reviews first. I can’t even write a proper review on how bad, rude and unprofessional this company is, unfortunately my review is too long. Basically all of the bad reviews on here matches what happened to me. Do not book this company whatever you do. If there are any good reviews for this company on here they are probably fake I promise you.
They'll underquote you and try to pressure you into paying more on the day. Customer service is just as brutal! They'll threaten to report you to the ACCC if you say you'll write a bad review! Here is my email complaint to them (I'll copy and paste to spare myself writing it out again!)
