Melbourne Boulevard Pharmacy

We just got appalling service from the pharmacist in charge, named Sue. I asked to certify a document and instead of politely saying she wasn't able to, she went on a rant saying that we were wasting her time, that what she was doing was charity work and that because we are not from the area (we live in the apartment block next door and we are regular customers), she wouldn't be able to look after us. Incredibly rude behaviour.
