I regret not looking and searching for reviews before buying a groupon deal for this. 4 classes for $20 how good can it sound? Called up to redeem my voucher - same as the other reviews. Phone manner was incredibly rude, cant be bothered to ask for my voucher details; just instructed me to appear 7.30pm upcoming Wednesday night. I shrugged it off thinking they might be busy, and saw the website saying lesson starts at 7pm wednesday. So I was thinking whether to appear at 7 or 7.30pm and decided to reach early just in case. Upon reaching the place, it looks exactly like a strip club, met the dance instructor at the door. He was friendly and directed inside and the dance "place" was upstairs. Horrible!
Terrible phone manner, rude, abrupt, spoke over me and sounded very keen to get off the phone. Its a shame as i was looking forward to this experience and many of my friends were awaiting my review with the hope of starting and it's safe to say they will not be getting our business.

Following on from my review comments below. I called up the next day to ask for a refund and the management said they were 'too hungover' from the night before to talk to me and that I had to call back the next day. I called back the next day and received an apology and was offered 4 free classes. Thinking this was a good outcome I subsequently attended 3 classes. I will not be going back. The classes always start at least 30 minutes late when everyone (including the teacher) decide to show up. Last week there must have been something on the night before because the room was still set up for a stage performance and was absolutely disgraceful. The students had to clear the room themselves! There were empty glasses with half eaten limes on the floor as well as feathers and other rubbish all over the floor. The students had to dance around the mess. Awful experience, extremely rude. I have purchased a voucher, gave all the details and was supposedly placed on a waiting list. Two months later I called to check as never heard from them - the staff was very rude, said I should go for the refund with Living Social and then just hang up on me. The worst experience so far as a customer in Australia

SAVE YOURSELF - DO NOT CONTACT THEM. I had purchased 8 classes. I called the company 8 times to make a booking. They redeemed my money, but never accommodated the booking - each time being extremely rude, hanging up and saying call back in two weeks. The POOREST and RUDEST customer service I've come across in my life. They belittle individuals and truly leave you feeling terrible. I had booked these classes to boost my confidence and try and come out of my shell. My experience liaising with them caused the opposite. I can't believe they are operating. Seriously, the worst I've ever come across.
