Very disappointed with your hair stylists! I am not the type to ever make compliants because I am very lenient of people's behaviour. I wish I had never walked into your salon. I was rushing home and all I wanted was a quick trim. The stylist did not even get me to sit down. In five minutes (and I am not exaggerating) they sprayed my hair with water, and 'cut & styled" my shoulder length black wavy hair. I have had $30 - $150 haircuts, every 8 weeks of my life, and have never ever experienced anything like this. At the end, when I asked them to complete the look, which I was expecting they would do with a hair straightener or hair product, they goes 'I had put some mousse in your hair before I cut it so not necessary.' When I went to pay, I mentioned that I was thoroughly disappointed with what they did, and they completely ignored me and instead tried to sell me the '$39.95 Moroccan Oil' behind me which I would benefit from. Unprofessional behaviour.

There are new owners running this business now. They have a huge range of shampoo, conditioner, treatments for every possible type of hair ailment and all the best brands. They also have senior hairstylists available. Highly experienced and friendly, helpful staff.
