We feel we have been taken advantage of and paid almost double. We were to trusting and didn't do our research. Some basic internet searches and a phone call to a recommended installer has found we could have saved a lot of money. Not only that we have been waiting for the guarantee books and information on the units installed for 5 months now. I have followed up a dozen times via email and direct phone calls to Stephen who has had excuse after excuse promised "I will post today" 5 times and nothing ever arrives. Still nothing! I think the installation is ok but when you feel over charged and get no after sales service you really start to worry about the workmanship and installation. Just a word of caution.

We found Stephen to be extremely helpful and guided us in which system to install. Stephen is very knowledgeable and practical about heating and cooling. We were away whilst Stephen was installing our new heating and cooling system. Stephen sent photos of the progression of the instillation and regularly called to update. We felt comfortable and trusting of Stephen. We would highly recommend Stephen!!!

Steve from Melbourne Climate Solutions installed 2 x spliit system, bulkhead split and reverese cycle ducted system. Quote was very competitive.
