Melbourne Family Planning Clinic

I was picking up a friend from this clinic with her two young children. We rang the doorbell, and a receptionist came out and said very rudely "You can't bring those children in here!" I said I was just picking up a patient. She said "well you'll have to wait outside" and shut the door in my face. She made no attempt to ask me who I was waiting for, or how long I'd have to wait with the children beside the very busy Dandenong road. Even though I'd been told to arrive at one, my friend didn't get out for another forty minutes. She said the staff were extremely rude to her as well.

I will never use this clinic and neither will my friend! Absolutely disgusted.
