Purchased engineered spotted gum floorboards as told it was hardest wearing and most durable. Service and installation were fine. After all was paid and installed then the problems started. Literally after two weeks boards started warping and splitting, and large gaps began appearing -- its only gotten worse since then. 9 months later and MFD won't reply to emails or phone calls, let alone apologise or attempt fix the problems. We just want the floors fixed but are forced to pursue further action just to get what we paid for. Regret ever walking into their showroom. Learn from our mistakes!

Installed hard wood floor timber. Quality was okay. Perhaps more variation in timber grain than we would have liked.
