It's cheating web, they charged me without sending anything. This web has no phone number and it's impossible to cotact with them to solve your issue. They only communicate with email and the service is really rude. I tried to cancel my order and they promised me to give me refund but they never did that. Stay away from it!
Hello melonsmile611, I've checked and we have no record of sale for this user name or email address. All our sales produce an automatic order number, these are MFD followed by a series of numbers. Do you have this order number? MFD is a web based business with all correspondence carried out through the customers account dashboard. Lodged items through the customers account dashboards are all time coded, resolved then closed. If you were promised a refund you would have been issued with a RMA, do you have that number? Please get in touch with all the above information so your claims be investigated.

INVOICE #: MFD34062. No contact was made through the account dashboard, no RMA was issued. This order was for a large quantity of product that attracts fraud. Your email address used was not valid and bounced. Your payment method was via realtime credit card. A valid email and shipping address is required for using our online service. All Fraud orders are delt with at the end of the month with funds returned to the card holder.
I have waited patiently for three week for refund, but there’s nothing happening in the end. In this legal country, you’ll pay for you have done. It’s a shame.
Read the reviews on this page, you will know the history of this shop, rude they are , how cheating they are, don’t believe anything from them, and stay away. My email has been blocked by them, in this way, they thought they can deny everything, for I cannot reach them. I don’t understand why such shop still exists.
The reason why your email is "blocked" is that it is a made up invalid email, you cannot confirm from that email address. As has been explained here the funds are returned to the card holders card used for the transaction. This has been completed at the end of the month, again as explained previously. I have also found you were offered to make the payment by bank deposit which you refused. MFD take online fraud seriously.
I do suggest that people read all these reviews. You will see thatall the reviewers have not supplied requested information. Its easy to purchase online from us over 100K people have.

i attempted to purchase some items from the melbourne food depot and paid for it to be couriered to perth. after a few weeks i wondered why it hadnt arrived as id paid for a courier service and had to raise a dispute as they dont have a phone line! i was told that my credit card was pulled and could i send a photo of my card to accounts to prove i owned it! i have never heard in my life of having to send a photo of my credit card to verify it. i complained that they had not told me it had been pulled and that i had to contact them to find this out and i was told to contact accounts.
i then checked my bank account to find out that they had taken the money from my credit card when i orginally ordered so i asked for my order to be refunded seeming though they did not want to send me my goods. i was told it would be refunded, which i was happy with despite the lengthy emails back and ...read more
Thanks for your review. Our online service works in real time, this means your credit card is debited (the money taken out) when you make the purchase. If we cannot verify the customer through our normal methods we then request further information. This may even include a photo of the card used for the transaction. All this information is required by the banks merchant services in the case of a charge back. If this additional information is refused then your order is treated as fraud and the funds returned to the card holder at the end of that month.

I signed up here to leave a review. I went into the store today to purchase a $15 item and was told if I want to purchase from bricks and mortar store, I can only buy twice as much of product I want AND pay $10 shipping fee on top even though I drove there myself to collect item. Walked out and went online and got twice the amount for 95% cheaper from Western Australia! And no shipping cost. Go figure.

- We do not have a retail store, we use a network of distributors and retailers (online and physical)
- You turned up at our click and collect partner store demanding products. This location keeps no products it is there to collect or place orders for collection the following week. There is a $20 minimum to use this service
- A list of our retailers and distributors exists on our website. Again it lists the above information
The food depot prides itself on supplying the best ingredients we can find worldwide. The majority of these are directly imported from the manufacturer insuring they meet quality specs.
Stay well away. The staff are rude, very surprised they are in business. Placed a order, delivery was 2-5 days. Sent email, 10 days later to ask if they could send. Received a email back asking for more money to send goods. Refused to complied & ask to send immediately. Then they just cancelled my order, and locked me out of their website. Still waiting for refund. Facebook reviews have also been removed from their page, along with reviews from other disgruntled customers.
This is very strange. This delivery time frame is usually only offered to business customers. Was your package going to a commercial business address open business hours? If this was not the case and it was a residential house this is the only reason why you would be asked to pay more for shipping as Australia Post charges a lot more than our courier contracts. This is because the courier charges $22 for every failed delivery attempt.
MONTYDM. It is not very strange. The terms of sale is quite clear. You offer to delivery then you delivery. You CAN NOT change the terms & conditions of sales to suit yourself, or after the sale. I asked for my order to be delivered, and it was point blankly refused! Then you cancelled my order, then point blankly refused to pay the full refund. Your business is a shame, and operates on a misleading and deceptive conduct. I am still waiting for a full refund to be paid, 6 months after the sale.

Sydneylara after a great start it seems that you are unable to provide the requested information to help verify your claims. Are you sure you purchased your products from our company? All paper sent and emails have an order number on the top right hand corner. Please provide this number otherwise I'm not too certain you actually ordered anything from us. Trying to help you out here but the line has gone silent.
