Melbourne Marriott Hotel

Enjoyed our weekend away. Friendly service, the breakfast is great, enjoyed the healthy choices.

Love staying at the Marriott! Never had a bad experience with them. Sensible hotel with luxury touches but nothing over-the-top, staff are excellent - very friendly, helpful and considerate.

Can get very busy at times but all this dealt with very efficiently.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The service is bad and the rooms are rundown, the standards are below any 3 star hotel. I will never stay again.

The worst experience I have ever had!
The first night we arrived and went to our room when we opened the door it smelt like urine, we opened our our curtains and there was a dirty wall and an ugly gym across from our window. I complained about this as I did not pay $300 a night to see a wall. We was told we was upgraded at no charge but when we entered the next room, it was exactly the same as the other but just 2 floors up.. Not what I was expecting from a so called 5 star hotel??? The next day we left our hotel room for most of the day and we returned about 3 pm and our room was a mess, they had not made our beds, there was no fresh towels and when I complained about this, there answer was. I've been in lots of hotel but Marriott is one of my favorite hotel. the place was totally nice, a luxury one with nice rooms that are very comfortable to stay. well equip facilities with good qualities. delicious foods. the ambiance was really good and fabulous designs. ,.
