Melbourne Metro Motors

I purchased a car from these guys, the transmission blew out 1 month outside the warranty period (had it for 4 months total) repairs quoted at 5K (more than half what I paid for it). I called them and said I know its slightly out of warranty and asked them if they could help me out. I was then informed that they won't help me as its outside of the warranty period (didn't even put me in touch with a mechanic). The guy on the phone then told me that "cars are like people, sometimes they get cancer" and that I was probably "driving like a goomba". In short, he insulted me and didn't offer to help me.

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone and will encourage anyone I know to stay away.
