I made an appointment with Kristjan from Melbourne Property Collectve to come and assess what might be needed to prep my property for sale.
It was very run down and I was hoping to invest a bit in improvements to get a better sale price.
Kristjan told me that even if I sunk as much as $100K into it I still might not get it back, given how run down it was, and that it was likely the new owner will either gut it or knock it down. He basically did himself out of a job because he didn't believe it would be in my best interests to do the renovations I had in mind.
I can't provide any feedback on his services per se, but 5 stars for honesty and integrity.
