Terrible customer service.



Rang and got a quote for GK3 patterned glass, was told that it was available and could be done in two days. Ordered it, was then told that GK3 glass pattern was unavailable and had to settle for GK5 (at the same cost). They then charged $20 dollars more to my credit card than the verbal quote and didn't email a receipt.



Left many voicemails that were never returned, they eventually sent a receipt. The date the glass would be ready was extended three times, and when I left a voicemail to cancel the order because it was impossible to get through to them, it was ignored and the glass was cut anyway.



The staff were rude and unhelpful.

What an excellent company to have supply and install high quality products into my lovely home. Great to have a rep specialised in the area of splash-backs, mirrors, shower screens and pool fences. It was great having an on site measure and quote given to us on the day of the measure. Overall a great company to have supply and install throughout our home. I definitely will be spreading MELBOURNE SAFETY GLASS around to my family and friends.

What a horrible experience it was dealing with MELBOURNE SAFETY GLASS. After spending $40 000.00 for our new kitchen the final step was the glass splash back, which unfortunately we chose MSG to install. We are extremely unhappy with their product and even more unhappy with their service or lack of it. We told them as soon as it was installed that not only were we dissatisfied with their splashback, that it has ruined the final look of our kitchen. We asked to discuss with their management, who wouldn't return numerous calls or come out to inspect, the salesman was a bully and told us to pay up in full or 'see you in court'. It was a very stressful time and we ended up paying in full just to get this pathetic company out of our lives. DO NOT USE MELBOURNE SAFELY GLASS, their service, quality and professionalism is exceptionally poor.
