Have taken all 3 of the Subaru's i've owned here and have always had positive results. The work gets done, quickly and with good communication. They confirm the work before it gets done and keep the parts they replace to show you what they've done and why.

Rob was referred to me by a friend who had only good things to say about his ethics and easy going manner. This was borne out - I had 2 fairly routine visits for services and inspections and in neither instance was anything unnecessary "found" that needed to be repaired and the service cost was very reasonable. On my third visit, Rob spent all day trying to source a second-hand part for my door lock and when we ran out of time to get a replacement and I didn't have time to leave my car over night he put it back together and charged me nothing at all.

I was referred to Rob and his team by a number of associates who could not more highly recommend them for their honesty, price and service. I was told stories of Rob not charging or discounting due to being unable to fix something without having to order a costly new part after putting in hours of work trying to affect a less costly solution.
After taking my car to them I was treated similarly after the team worked for hours on my malfunctioning dash and only eventually charged me for the part. I've been there three times now and have always been very pleased with the effort and honesty Rob's applied to the work. I've also been blown away by the great price each time.

I have had 2 of my vehicles serviced here, both of them Subaru's.

My cousin also has had her VW Golf serviced there, and a work collegue also has his Subaru regularly serviced there too.

All three of us have found Rob to be efficient and fast at getting the work done, and I have to say it is far cheaper than going elsewhere in Melbourne.

The workshop is dark and dirty and always full of different cars, but they take pride in doing a good job.

Really very poor service indeed. This is my local garage so I took my car here a number of times, and should have stopped after about the second. Offences include: 1) said to have fixed a fuel leak, which was never actually done. 2) Keeping the car for three weeks just to replace a clutch cable, with no communication about the delays. And worst of all 3) charging me to have a slow puncture patched up. When this did not stop the issue I took the car to another garage for a second opinion, and they pulled out an old nail from the tyre - and said they dont see any patchwork being performed!







Avoid this place if you can.
