SHIATSU
The definition of shiatsu is finger pressure. In using shiatsu on particular parts of the body, following the meridian system and pressure points, the practitioner aims to aid the body in rediscovering its natural energetic flow. This is what shiatsu is to me. My intention is solely based on benefiting the health of my clients in every session.

JAPANESE NEEDLE THERAPY
I am qualified in Dr Manakaâ??s Japanese needle therapy protocols. Dr Manaka spent his entire life working in the medical field with both western and oriental therapies. His legacy are his protocols, which can involve devices, Moxibustion, Cupping, Sotai and more with the purpose of recalibrating the ions in the body, therefore re balancing the bodyâ??s system.

JAPANESE BATH / OFURO:
Humans are naturally attracted to water and warmth. Soaking oneâ??s body is incredibly therapeutic in itself. The warm deep water of the Japanese bath also helps to prepare the body to receive the full benefits of a treatment. I like to provide the opportunity for people to have a quiet space where they can sit in a warm deep soaking bath either before a treatment or as a treatment in itself.
