Avoid at all costs!
Offered to repair the TV, with the cost of repair being covered by the $75 pick up fee. Over 7 days later they call to tell me I need to replace the main board for $400, despite the fact that the board sells online in Melbourne for $200 brand new. Employee became hostile after I refused to be ripped off for a 200% markup on a board I could replace myself.
Spent 4 days demanding they return my TV and ended up having to drive 120kms at 8PM to pick it up from some guy's garage, where he had my TV sitting on the ground against a wall and other TVs stacked against each other on another wall.
So now I am down $75, 120kms worth of petrol and been without a TV for 2 weeks.
Also two screws no longer tighten on the sides of TV and there are numerous scratches down the back.
I hav to say, THANK YOU for fixing my tv with that price!
I've taken 2 TVs and one computer to them over the years. One TV wouldn't power up - Samsung flat screen, I thought I'd need to fork out for a new one but they fixed it for a fifth of the new price. The technician let me know exactly what was going on and I could contact him for updates. He quoted me in a timely manner and the turn around time was within the week.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS. I have a very bad experience. They tried to use a cheap price and a lot of promises to attract me at the beginning. They asked me to pay the sevice fee ($80)when they picked up my TV. However, after that, they made a lot of stories to force me pay $290 to change my board. When I rejected, they would not send my TV back. Until now, 6 weeks passed, I still not received my TV.
I don't know who is Thomas WEI. But I know the surname of the repairer is WEI......
