We've used this agency since my son was born 4 years ago. They provide pretty average nannies but do provide the peace of mind that you won't accidently hire someone who is negligent or dangerous! We had an ongoing service with them for a while but ended up cancelling as the nanny had an absentism rate of 50% and usually cancelled at the last moment with the agency often telling us that they were unable to find a replacement. All in all, they would never be my first choice for a high quality nanny or babysitter that my children will love. But they are a good stop gap measure if we need a sitter at the last minute.
