After a holiday in Europe I had piled on a few kilos and lost all motivation to exercise. I began personal training sessions with MelFit and started noticing a difference within the first few weeks. I became fitter again and lost the unwanted kilos. The sessions are always planned well and suit my individual needs. I always walk away with a few tips on what I can do at the gym/park/home until my next session. MelFit really has helped me become a happier and healthier person.
Over the last few years, I'd stopped exercising due to time and injury issues. I asked Mel to organise a fitness schedule for me that took into account my personal circumstance, and she has done just that. Mel is lovely and the sessions are challenging whilst at the same time tailored to my specific needs. I feel great, and highly recommend anyone to contact Mel to help you get back into shape.
I signed up for personal training sessions with Melfit and havent looked back. Ive been with Melfit for about 3 months and in that time I have seen my fitness levels increase as well as my energy levels. Mel certainly shows drive and passion for personal training and I feel I am given a great personal experience each session. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who wants to get fit and have a great experience doing it!
