I am thoroughly impressed by the depth of knowledge Melissa and her team have been able to impart. I am so much stronger and free of long term pain that has given me grief for almost a decade after only a few months of 3 session per week. I was a sceptic about pilates befor I stareted with Melissa, now I am an advocate as I am living proof of the positive reslults it can facilitate.
