Customer service was good, price is 33% expensive when compared to other chemists around the area. Without opening the medicine box, I rang them to see if they will take it back, they said, once the medicine leaves the store, they cant take it back even if the box is unopened and even if the original receipt is produced. so just lost $16.50 buying rhinocort and allergy eye drops. never going back again.
