Horrible customer service, firstly walk through the front door to be engulfed by ciggie smoke. Then to be ignored totally by the reception until I greater them ( awkward ) still no response just a look of " how dare you walk into my shop " .
After explaining I had a simple puncher repair needed still no word from them the hand comes out with one word "keys"
Feeling totally shocked by the bad attitude reluctantly handed the keys over, to my horror my almost brand new car with spotless leather interior was entered by dirty, greasy, smoke smelly clothes and boots with not even a thought for seat protectors & floor mats.
Yes the puncher was repaired but at what cost to the customer, geez guys esp management if you want your company to continue you really need to change the way you run things there and have a close look at the face of the company ( reception ) you are very quickly making a very bad name for yourself around melton.
Terrible experience. Have never been to as bad of a business as this. To start with, the customer service side is horrible. My first visit, well the lady at the front desk (reception) was having a cigarette whilst dealing with customers before me, and proceeded to smoke it whilst trying to assist with my issues (when they really had no idea what I was saying, a little bit of knowledge wouldn't hurt them).I didn't even get politely greeted when first spoken to, just got a "yes, what do you want?" in a very rude tone. Knew I should've just left after this. I have a 2009 Hyundai Getz, and needed two front tires. They had no idea if tires were even made for that model car anymore, so she brang her husband around (who Is the owner to my understanding). He then stated he'd have to order some in as they're apparently a very rare tire to find as they are only a small tire made for limited cars. Me not knowing much about cars, went ahead with this.
