Had to give one star due to not being able to give none. Send my house subwoofer in for repair, was told three weeks later it was repaired, payed the fee and went. after plugging it in it did not work went back there to be told it must be another problem its another $150. ahh i just payed you to fix the problem and now you want more money for another problem. decided to get my subwoofer back had to argue and threaten legal action to get a refund. when i had received the item back it was missing other parts inside. not happy with his attitude. was not a pleasant experience.

Well ive had two experiences with this place. First they were unable to repair my electronic goods. They did try and help me out but they were unable to get the required parts. I was happy with the service and outcome.
But just recently, i took two basic electronic components in as one was faulty. So ii thought i would bring the good one in to help fix the other.....
I get a call saying they cant fix it. I couldnt talk on the phone so i wen in the the store...
It was here were i was disappointed, as i was told "yeah its broken". I asked if they looked at it and was answered with "ah, yeah, we had a look and it doesnt work". i was dumbfounded.
