Worst nails I have ever received. I got an acrylic refill and shellac. I asked for the shape to be coffin the lady then went on to say no she can't do that, I asked for the acrylic to be thin, ignored that and asked to have my nails shortened, she then told me no. My nails are all different lengths and shapes, I got my nails done at 9am 30/12/2016, it is now 1.50pm 30/12/2016 and my shellac is peeling. Asked for a refund, they refused, also refused to give me a receipt, due to this, this poorly managed business has been reported to consumer affairs, and also health and safety for the mould around the sink and lack of air circulation. When asked to see the workers qualifications I was refused which could suggest they aren't qualified nail technicians.
