Unfortunately, they burnt the leg of my expensive woolen suit pants, and when I returned to ask if they could fix or replace them, the owner became very aggressive and blamed me for it! Needless to say, I'll never return there and would encourage others to be very very cautious. Even if he had really thought that he didn't burn my pants, his aggressive response was anything but professional. Still in shock.
Hi even though I had not used this drycleaner for quite awhile due to not having anything needed to be dry cleaned. On 18/12/12 I needed to have a jacket cleaned, I rang up and because I couldn't get there due to a stroke this kindest of men (the management) came and not only picked up garment but delivered back to me this morning. That is what I call genuine caring and excellent service I rate this Dry Cleaners with a 5 star,for providing outstanding customer service.
